Process
From first idea to finished result in seven steps.
-
01
First conversation and briefing
You tell us about your idea, your goals and who you want to reach. Unsorted is perfectly fine.
We listen and ask questions: What problem should be solved? What do you need for it, from brand identity to website to print? Is there a deadline or a budget we have to respect? The conversation is non-binding.
-
02
Quote and approval
You read the quote in your own time and ask if anything is still unclear. Once you agree in writing, we start.
We write down what you get, in which steps and at what price. That includes the correction rounds and the usage rights you receive. Everything is in black and white beforehand.
-
03
Research and concept
You tell us whether the direction feels right before we get into detail.
We look at your market, your competitors and current trends. This turns into mood boards, colours and type directions, and for websites a sketch of the structure.
-
04
Drafts
You look at the ideas and notice what your gut says.
We show you different directions, in use wherever possible: the logo on a business card, the page on a smartphone.
-
05
Corrections and refinement
You pick a direction and tell us specifically what should stay and what needs to change.
In the agreed rounds we revise type, proportions, spacing, contrast and copy until it fits.
-
06
Approval and handover
You approve the final version.
We prepare the files for print or web, turn your graphics into clean vectors and hand over the agreed files. On request, a short set of rules for your identity comes with it.
-
07
Rollout
You tell us whether and where we should support you with the rollout.
We coordinate with printers and partners, keep an eye on the result and put your website online.
What you can bring to the first conversation
- a few sentences about what you do and what sets you apart
- your target audience, as specific as possible
- three to five examples you like, or that definitely don’t suit you
- texts, images, domain, anything that already exists
None of it has to be perfect. Whatever is missing, we work out together in the conversation.
